Bistek
One of my favorite Filipino food is Bistek. I will be making these for lunch later.
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo beef sirloin sliced thinly
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp calamansi juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
cooking oil
1 big onion sliced thinly
1.) Marinate beef in soy sauce, calamansi, salt, and pepper for about 30 minutes.
2.) Stir-fry beef until cooked and tender then set aside.
3.) Saute onion rings in oil then serve them over the beef.
